YOUGEN PAPUGA – Leasing Consultant

Meet our superhero of a different kind: Yougen Papuga, property manager (now leasing consultant) and people person extraordinaire. No maintenance issue too difficult to resolve!! From running an industrial manufacturing start up with over 300 employees, Yougen is our “man on the ground” taking care of your property and all the unspoken nuances that would make anyone’s head spin. It’s a well-tuned balancing act meeting the needs of tenants who desire to be heard and maintenance items that require constant follow up – he’s making on the spot decisions and that’s how issues get resolved. Yougen has been a constant here and meets tenant’s and landlord’s needs swiftly and efficiently. If you ever feel he’s deserving of a gift: he’s a golf nut and a pack of balls always comes in handy for sure! Yougen is taking a little downtime after six years on the go with us – his part time gig as Leasing Consultant gives him plenty of time for R and R – you can catch up with Yougen during our Saturday Open Home Inspections.
