Chelsea, Juliet and Jamus from the Brisbane team are by far the property managers and real estate you want as a renter. They are so lovely, respond in a timely manner every time and are fair with repairs that are required by a tenant VS landlord. We have had many PMs and rented for a number of years and they make the tenancy so easy!

If I could give Chelsea Keen (Brisbane) and Heywood Property Management 100 stars, I would! I honestly could not recommend her and her services to anyone highly enough. My partner and I have had an incredibly bad run with property management services through other agencies - which ultimately resulted in our townhouse being heavily damaged by previous tenants. We have had Chelsea managing our property since September, and we are truly blown away by her incredible professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding work ethic.
